By enrolling in any training course or purchasing any of our products offered by UCMHP Academy, you agree to comply with our policies and terms and conditions.

UCMHP Methodology:

  1. UCMHP Academy offers training courses about the Universal Characteristic Method Human Profiling (UCMHP), a method of profiling based on mathematics, statistics, and the Pythagorean Theorem.
  2. The UCMHP methodology is patented and owned by UCMHP. Any unauthorized use or replication of the methodology is prohibited by law.
  3. The course content and methodology are grounded in simple, time-tested, and scientifically proven principles.

Registration:

  1. To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.
  2. UCMHP Academy reserves the right to accept or reject enrollments at its discretion.
  3. Trainees who opt for a 50% downpayment or installment plan cannot join the classes until full payment is made. However, for trainees who pay in installments via Atome, they can immediately join the class.

Course Materials:

  1. Course materials will be sent 3 days before the course date, including the zoom details for online courses.
  2. Video recording or presentation sharing is not permitted as they are used for internal evaluation of our training quality and standard.

Course Completion and Certification:

  1. To receive a certificate of completion, trainees need to complete the payment and attend the full course.
  2. Trainees will be asked to submit an Enrollment Form upon registration for processing of the certificate.

Intellectual Property:

  1. UCMHP Academy offers training courses about the Universal Characteristic Method Human Profiling (UCMHP), a method of profiling based on mathematics, statistics, and the Pythagorean Theorem.
  2. All course content, materials, and intellectual property rights belong to UCMHP Academy.
  3. No part of the course content or materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission from UCMHP Academy.

Code of Conduct:

  1. All trainees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful, professional, and ethical behavior.
  2. UCMHP Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment and deny access to anyone found in violation of the code of conduct.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. UCMHP Academy and its trainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the course materials or participation in the courses.
