Your personal data will only be collected when you have been informed of the purpose and have given your consent—unless collection without consent is legally allowed.

4. Deemed Consent by Notification

In certain cases, we may rely on deemed consent by notification. This means that we will inform you in advance about new purposes for using your data, and unless you opt out within a reasonable period, we will proceed on the assumption that you have given consent.

You will always be given the opportunity to opt out, and you may later withdraw your deemed consent at any time.

5. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. Please allow us up to seven (7) business days to process your request.

Do note that depending on the nature of your withdrawal, we may no longer be able to provide certain services to you. We will inform you of any consequences before completing your request.

Even after consent is withdrawn, we may retain and use your data where legally required or permitted.

6. Access and Correction Requests

Correction or updates to your personal data

Requests should be submitted in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer. A reasonable administrative fee may apply for access requests, and we will inform you in advance if this is the case.

We aim to respond within seven (7) business days of receiving your request.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise the data.

10. Transfer of Data Outside Singapore

We generally do not transfer your personal data outside of Singapore. If it becomes necessary to do so, we will obtain your consent and ensure that appropriate data protection safeguards are in place in accordance with the PDPA.
