I attended this course in 2018. Can I still participate in the revision class for it?

Absolutely! However, to ensure you have access to the latest materials and resources, we'll need to verify if your membership is still active. If your membership has expired, you can easily renew it through our online store.

I'm a UCMHP Academy trainee and received a voucher (e.g., birthday voucher). Can I use it towards a course fee?

Yes! You can use your voucher to offset the course fee, as long as it's still valid. To ensure everything goes smoothly, be sure to double-check the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) associated with your voucher.

How do I access the 2 e-books included with the UCMHP™ Clarity of D'Life Journey Online Course registration?

Congratulations on registering! As a fast-action taker, you'll receive two (2) e-books:

1. E-coursebook: This essential course material will be emailed to you 3 days before your course date.

2. The Clarity of D'Life Journey E-report Book: This personalized report provides valuable insights based on your profile. Instructions for claiming this e-report will be included in your confirmation email. Be aware that due to personalization, it can take 3-14 working days to generate. However, our team will ensure you receive it promptly.

Can I access the presentation slides or a recording after the session?

The course slides and Zoom recordings are currently not available for distribution. However, we encourage you to take advantage of the following resources to maximize your learning experience:

1. E-coursebook: This comprehensive guide, provided 3 days before your course, will cover key concepts in detail.

2. Note-taking: Taking notes during the live session is highly encouraged to capture important points and personalized insights from the instructor.

Can I record the session for my personal reference?

We understand the desire to revisit key points after the course. However, we don't allow recordings of the session or distribution of materials due to copyright restrictions.

Are the sessions recorded?

The sessions are indeed recorded for internal purposes and future development of the course. However, we don't currently provide recordings to trainees.

What is the policy for rescheduling a course?

We understand that things come up, so we offer flexible rescheduling options. You can reschedule your course within 6 months of your registration date. The first two reschedules are free of charge. However, a SGD 15.00 administration fee will apply to any subsequent rescheduling requests.

Do you offer Installment payments?

Absolutely! We strive to make our programs accessible through various payment options. Here's a breakdown of your options:

1. Atome (Singapore only): Enjoy convenient 3-part payments with 0% interest using Atome.

2. Internal Installment Plan (other nationalities): We offer an internal installment plan for non-Singaporean residents. However, please note that this option may delay your course access until the plan is completed.
